Quick Version: the 4 offers and requests are for when you want to offer/request different things in different mediums. All fanfic offers/requests should go into one singe offer/request, etc. We're using OR matching, so you only match on one tag (eg. Worldbuilding: Tentacle Monsters).

You are allowed 4 different offer and request units, all of which can have 3-16 tags (that aren't fandom or fanwork type) and 1-4 fanwork types. For example, if you want fanfic of Kiru, Maia, and Linguistics, but fanart of Maia, Vedero, and Csevet/Maia, then first fill in the form with

Would whoever nominated "Worldbuilding: Art" be okay with it being deleted for the slightly more specific "Art and Portraiture," or would the nominator of the latter be okay with "Portraiture" becoming its own tag?

You can nominate 8 tags in the "Character" slot. They don't necessarily have to be characters; they can also be relationships or worldbuilding.

Nominating characters
If you wish to receive a Thing centering on a single character, nominate a character with the format Character: Name. Some examples:

Nominating relationships
If you wish to receive a Thing centering on a relationship between two or more characters, nominate the relationship with the format Relationship: Name 1 & Name 2 for platonic or familial relationships and Relationship: Name 1/Name 2 for romantic or sexual relationships. Please observe proper alphabetization with the character names. ("Athmaza" is not a surname, for example.) Some examples:

Hi all,

Sadly, I won't be able to run the Coronation Ceremony exchange this year, unlike I hoped. A project of mine has turned out to have an even tighter deadline than was promised, and I can't in good conscience neglect it or half-ass my way through modding.

If any of you wish to take on the mantle of Coronation Ceremony, it's yours to take. I am willing to hand over the master collection and comm, and grant you official use of the icon. Contact me either in the comments here or elsewhere you have seen me.
