During nominations, one can nominate up to 6 tags. These may be characters – Character: Lisethu Pevennin – relationships – Relationship: Hanevis Athmaza/Orava the Usurper – or worldbuilding – Worldbuilding: Alcethmeret Sewage System.

When signing up, you can request 2-12 tags and offer 2-12 tags. We will also be matching on fanwork type, chosen from a ticky box. (You will have to choose at least one of the fanwork types, but feel free to tick all.) In case you want to receive or wish to offer different media types for different tags, you can request or offer the fandom up to four times with different tags and media types.

Prompts are useful for giving your assigned writer somewhere to start from. We recommend writing prompts for each type of fanwork you requested, either into the box provided by AO3, or into a linked "Dear Creator" letter.

Matching will be based on your requests. If you have no possible authors, you'll be an initial pinch hit. If you have no possible recipients, you'll be asked to adjust your sign-up.
Matching is OR matching. If you request tags A, B, and C, you can match with people who offered any of the tags. Your creator is obligated to make you a fanwork of the type you requested, with that tag.

Produce your recipient a gift of a media type they've selected that features the contents of a tag they've requested. Don't be that much of an asshole. Respect DNWs. Leave a comment.

Treats (extra things for an exchange participant) are allowed! Put them in the collection with all the other things. You are allowed to treat regardless of whether you've signed up, and it's OK to treat people who aren't your assigned recipient. (It's also OK to give your assigned recipient a treat!)
