While the exchange was successful (everyone got two gifts!), I'd still like to get input to make it even better next year. Here's a list of things where I'd like your feedback, should you have any. Of course, I may have missed something, so feel free to tell me any other improvements you might want.

Thank you for running the exchange, Extrapenguin! You did great!

I was faintly confused by all the options on the sign-up sheet & had to refer to the instructions a few times. But that may've just been me, I'd only ever done Yuletide before & am not very familiar with how single-fandom sign-ups usually work.

Anyway that's a tiny niggle, and overall it was a lovely exchange and I had a blast. Thanks again!

I haven't done any single-fandom exchanges either, so. :P (I think part of the confusion was that I was doing the Character-Relationship-Worldbuilding tags in addition to multiple media types plus allowing multiple requests so that people would be able to offer & request different things for different media types, which produced a many-optioned thing.) Glad you managed to make it through the labyrinth!
